About Power in Partnership

Power In Partnership is a social enterprise and not for profit limited company, launched in 2011 whose aims and purposes are to assist NEET young people from across the community to engage in education and employability activities. Power In Partnership work with colleges and providers, in partnership, by taking the learning into the heart of the community.

Our model of working includes work experience and taster days in several vocational areas, from day one. We also Embed English and Maths into all our sessions, even if they are stepping stones towards qualifications. Our work is very holistic and wrap around support assists our young people to be retained and to achieve.  All workers come from the community as volunteers and then progress through IAG/Teaching qualifications and therefore have an empathy with the people they are supporting.
